Screw Shell is a Water element creature of which is located on board the Queen Fury and within the Undersea Cavern.
It is tied for third highest physical Defense in the game, along with its fellow Shell-covered creatures Scissorhands and Rocky Turtle, behind Mad Skull and Scorpion, and just ahead of the Spider Urchin.
Appearance[]
This creature appears much as a crab would what with its odd movement and the shape of its legs and eyes, also the prominent shell it wears. Its yellow shell resembles a drill.
Battle[]
This creature deals low physical damage and shouldn't really pose much of a threat, however, similar to the Spider Urchin, it has the ability: Physical Attack Barrier, which it uses quite often. When its health reaches critical it heals by minor health, but that only brings its health from red to yellow. Chances are if it needs to heal, you will be capable of defeating it in the next hit. Quite generally, these creatures are not fought alone. When in groups of two or three they can become a little annoying if they spam Physical Attack Barrier unless you need them to. It is a creature that offers this advantage to training Additions: it takes longer to run around until the encounter indicator turns red and a battle starts, than it does to wait for the Barrier to be cast. For players who want to keep their characters Low Level or lower in level (bearing in mind that all but the final Additions can only be obtained by character level), it is a godsend.
- Shell Twist - Jumps in the air towards a single target quite rapidly and spins its screw-shaped shell, simulating a drill.
- Physical Attack Barrier - Becomes invulnerable towards physical attacks for the duration of an entire turn.
- HP Recovery - Recovers 30% of maximum HP; 48 health when health is critical.

Drops[]
These creatures can drop Healing Potion with a rare probability of 8%. It is a very long process to obtain these on average, weighing at roughly 40 minutes or more, this varies however from person to person and their luck. This drop is only rare in the sense of being hard to obtain; it can be purchased at any item store for 10 gold.
