The Screaming Bat is a darkness based monster found in the Limestone Cave area and outside around Bale on the world map.

Appearance

The Screaming Bat is a purple colored bat with a long tail that ends in fangs. The tail could be used to grab small animals and bite party members. There is another stronger cousin to this enemy called Tricky Bat with the same magic based Confusion attack, also called "Ultrasonic", and the same normal physical "Wing Attack".

This enemy can be fairly annoying due to its high evade level, with 120% A-AV.

• Wing Attack - The screaming bat flies up and slaps/bites the target with the fanged tail.
• Ultrasonic - The bat uses its ultrasonic scream to deal a magic based Confusion to the target.
