Power Up

Commander uses Power Up

Power Up is a one-of-a-kind Repeat Item that appears in The Legend of Dragoon. This item increases the attack ATT, magical attack MAT, defense DEF and magical defense MDEF of a single ally all by 1.5x for the duration of three turns. This spell item cannot be bought and cannot be dropped. It is located in a chest after the seal room (The room after the save point and healing well) at the highest point of the moving stone platforms within the Forbidden Lands, Kadessa.

Certain creatures use the item's effects as a special ability. The player can use the item only a single time per battle; enemies tend to use the ability infrequently but they can potentially use it more than once per battle. 

The opponents which can use this ability, spread fairly evenly across the continents, are as follows: Mantis, Senior Warden, Living Statue, Gangster, Moss Dresser, Icicle Ball, Spiky Beetle, Aqua King, Death Purger, Human Hunter, and Mountain Ape.

Bosses which can use this ability: Commander, Fruegel, Feyrbrand and Serfius.
