Pandemonium being used on Dart.
Pandemonium is a one of a kind item that appears in The Legend of Dragoon. It can be found during the second visit to Hellena Prison. It will grant a "lure" effect to enemies so they will attack the character that was given this item for three turns.
For strategic uses, give this to Kongol or Albert against physical-type enemies, for the magical-type Meru, Shana and Dart are better for it. You can also guard while having Pandemonium effect for better survive against enemies attack and status ailment.
There is a small benefit to using both Pandemonium and Accessories that give SP when attacked (Emerald Earring, Ruby Ring) or MP (Platinum Collar, Sapphire Pin), but the benefits of better Accessories will soon outweigh it.
