Mad Skull is a Thunder monster located on the Moon That Never Sets. It is a floating skull with six arms ending in three clawed hands and a single eyeball in it's mouth. It has a horn over each eye socket and a tattoo running from it's forehead to the back of the skull.

It's physical attack is to approach a target and hit it with each of it's arms in turn, doing upwards of at least 400 points damage. It is also able to do Poison Needle attack and a fear attack as a couple of it's magic attacks. It awards 400 experience, 51 gold and sometimes a Flash Hall upon defeat.
