Lidiera is a town in Illisa Bay. Dart and Rose appear near this town after being washed up from their misadventure at Queen Fury.
Story[]
Rose is unaware of Dart's parentage; as the former love of Dart's father, she is effectively his stepmother. Regardless of this and the Angel of Death persona she has cultivated for a thousand years, the night spent watching over Dart after he nearly drowned brings out her maternal side. Pete and his dog enter the cave to find Dart's head cradled in Rose's lap. Pete misunderstands the situation, as they discover later in Fueno. But then, he is not the only one.
The Mayor and the other two card players on the Terrace practically ignore Dart and Rose on their first visit. After they reunite with the others in Fueno and return, the Mayor is impressed enough by Dart's determination to "see the Dragon" (and sadly, not by the line that every player wants to say: "Danger is my middle name") to open the tide gates and the passage through the Undersea Cavern to Prison Island.
