Gloriano is a region covered entirely in ice. It was the base of operations for the holy Emperor Diaz, who led the humans during the Dragon Campaign. It is also where Dart and his friends meet Zieg when he is under the guise of Emperor Diaz himself. Gloriano and Mille Seseau are the main areas explored in the third chapter.
