Flying Rat is a Wind-based monster found in Evergreen Forest. It can drop an Angel's Prayer after battle. It can cast a Water-based spell when it is at 25% or lower (red) health. The Dark Elf or Forest Runner it is usually paired with are far more dangerous, with their Petrification Arrow and Wooing attacks.
