Darkness Dragon Armor is the most powerful and final armor attainable by Rose. There are only two methods to obtain this armor. Considering it cannot be dropped, and no opponent can drop this armor, you will actually have to buy it for the 800 Gold that it costs if you want it. Luckily, it is one of the dragon armors obtainable before the point of no return at The Death City, Mayfil and so you could use this armor against some of the super bosses such as The Divine Dragon Spirit or Magician Faust.

The first method to obtain this armor is by heading into The Law City, Zenebatos and simply go to the second screen then fly to the Liscence Factory to buy from the golden Shop Lapto for 800 Gold. This is the earliest point in the game to obtain this, and the only one that isn't on The Moon That Never Sets. It is highly recommended since it will make upcoming areas and bosses easier and also, you won't be capable of getting another one for quite a while.
Secondly, the final method to obtain this item is to enter the inn within The Moon That Never Sets, then head to the upper right hand corner towards the equipment shop vendor. He will sell it for 800 Gold also, the only difference is as of this point, you aren't capable of returning off The Divine Tree.
Battle[]
Considering that this armor is obtainable before entering the Divine Tree, it will greatly benefit you in battle against the two previously mentioned super bosses considering that their magic is immensely high and will probably eliminate you in a or few hits.
Also, Rose's DG armor makes her fully immune towards all darkness-element based attacks. All but one of the monsters within The Death City, Mayfil are darkness-element based monsters, including the boss Zackwell. There are also Death Purger and Guillotine darkness element monsters in Zenebatos so it can be good here too. With its ridiculously high stats, it will benefit her against the bosses. It is highly recommended to buy her this armor immediately after entering Zenebatos since you will not be able to find another vendor with it for quite a long while, and it would be of such great benefit until then.
